The present civil application is filed in the disposed of matter. The learned counsel submits that it was the mistake of the petitioner to refer the respondent no.3 as Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded. The same ought to be Zilla Parishad, Parbhani.

It appears that, writ petition was disposed of without issuing notice to the said Zilla Parishad.

Considering the above, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (B).
