This is an application for bringing on record the legal representatives of the sole appellant who has died on 15.04.2019, by condoning the delay. 2.

I have heard both the sides.

Considering the fact that even the learned advocate who was representing the original appellant has died in the year 2020 and the pandemic, as the dispute pertains to an immovable property, the Application is allowed. The delay is condoned and the legal representatives of the appellant are allowed to be brought on record. Necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks.
