The validation proceeding is pending. The result of the petitioner of Third B.D.S. (New) Summer 2019 examination is withheld.

Notice to respondents. Learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondents no.1 and 2 and Mr Bayas waives notice for respondent no.4.

Considering the fact that the validation proceeding is pending, we pass the following order.

Respondent no.2 - Committee shall decide the validation proceeding of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner before the Committee.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 3rd October 2019. The respondents no.3 and 4 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner of Third BDS (New) Summer 2019 examination only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. 6.

The respondents no.3 and 4 may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that will be delivered on the validation proceeding of the petitioner.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
