We have heard Mr. Wagh, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner is challenging Government Resolutions concerning selection process of Police Constable.

3.

The matter would be within the realm of Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. The Tribunal can consider the validity of the Government resolutions and its clauses also.

4.

In light of above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. In that case, all contentions are kept open. No costs.
