I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. The Applicant prays for introducing paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 in the memo of Civil Application as paragraphs 8A, 8B and 8C below paragraph 8 in the original Writ Petition No.7246/2012 which is pending admission. After hearing the respective sides and for the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Amendment shall be carried out by the Applicant/Petitioner within ONE WEEK from today. No extension of time shall be sought. A copy of the amended memo of Writ Petition along with it's annexures shall be served on all litigating parties to the Writ Petition. The additional affidavit, if any, shall be filed thereafter. b) Civil Application No.10981/ 2014 in Writ Petition No.6794/2012: The Applicant does not press this Civil Application No.10981/2014 for the present. The same is, therefore, disposed of. In the event of any subsequent emergent circumstance, the Applicant may exercise his choice of filing a fresh Civil Application. c) Writ Petition Nos.7246/2012 and 6794/2012:

In the light of the above order passed in Civil Application No.218/2015, these Writ Petitions shall be placed for hearing on
