Leave to correct name of respondent no. 2 as 'Shaila' in stead of 'Shila' in the title clause.

Learned counsel for parties state that the parties have arrived at amicable settlement and have recorded the same in writing before this court. They state that since there is stay to further proceedings in the suit, the compromise has taken place in the high court, Aurangabad Bench. The compromise is taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification. 3.

Learned counsel further state that the parties were before the Registrar (Judicial) and were identified by them. Learned

WP-10536.14.doc counsel further state that terms of compromise have been verified by the Registrar (Judicial). The Registrar (Judicial) has recorded his satisfaction that the parties have settled the terms of compromise with their free wish and will and without there being any pressure on them for the same. He has verified pursis in the presence of advocates for respective parties.

Respective counsel state that they have taken instructions from their clients and are satisfied that settlement is lawful and is not forbidden by any law and have accordingly recorded terms of the settlement as depicted in the compromise. 5.

As such, they refer to that the lis stands terminated in terms of the compromise and the plaintiffs would withdraw the suit accordingly.

Writ petition stands disposed of in terms of compromise terms in view of above.
