In this Petition, the Petitioners have an apprehension that they would not be considered eligible for online transfer (inter district) in the light of the GR dated 23.05.2023. 2.

The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Zilla Parishad and the learned AGP, submit that, firstly, a Writ Petition should not be entertained on apprehension. Secondly, the apprehension of the Petitioners is misplaced. The transfers for the present academic year 2022-2023 which would be effected in May, June-2023, are over. When the online portal opens for transfers for the academic year 2023-2024, to be effected in May, June - 2024, the applications of the Petitioners would be considered strictly in

968wp11553-23 accordance with the Rules and the Policies applicable, provided they are eligible.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that his apprehension is put to rest in the light of the aforesaid statements. 4.
