Heard learned counsel for the applicants. Since this Court has allowed the first appeal No. 2325 of 2016 partly and modified the judgment and award passed by the Member, M.A.C.T. Nanded to the extent of quantum and confirmed the rest of the judgment and award, it is permissible for the claimants to seek withdrawal of the compensation amount on the grounds to the satisfaction of Tribunal and the Tribunal may consider the same.

The applicants are at liberty to file such application for withdrawal of amount invested in the name of claimant No.1 and in the names of minor claimants and the Tribunal may consider the said application on its own merits.

Civil application is disposed of.
