When this Court expressed its disinclination to allow the petition, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to obtain the certified copy of specimen signature of the Petitioner from its banker and to produce it on record and then apply for issuance of witness summons to the bank official as per the ratio laid down in the judgment dated 29.01.2024, passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Criminal Appeal No.000478 of 2024 arising out of SLP (Cri) No(s). 16641 of 2023. 2.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
