PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel submits that execution proceedings seeking execution of Award passed by the Reference Court is pending since the year 2010. No steps are being taken by the respondents. The amount is not paid.

We have heard learned A.G.P..

The contention of the petitioner is that his agricultural land is acquired. The enhancement is granted by the Reference Court in the July 2010. The execution is filed and pending, however, the amount is not being paid.

In case, there is no other impediment i.e.

if the Appeal is not filed and/or stay has not been granted by this Court, then the respondents shall pay legitimate amount due and payable to the petitioner, as per the Award passed by the Reference Court within (06) six months.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
