The applicants are seeking permission to bring on record legal representatives of deceased respondent No. 1 Nanasaheb Shendge, who admittedly died on 21.06.2021, by condoning the delay of only 718 days.

The learned Counsel for the respondents though opposed the application, but considering the right to sue the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C) subject to cost of Rs. 1000 to be deposited with the Registry of this Court for utilization of High Court Dispensary, within two
