By this application, the applicants pray for condonation of 17 days delay caused in filing of the second appeal. Reasons are assigned in paragraph Nos. 2, 3 and 4 in support of the prayer. 2.

Mr.Patni, learned Advocate opposes the application on the ground that the reasons set out do not support the request for condonation of delay.

In the light of the above, this civil application is allowed. Delay of 17 days, caused in filing the second appeal, is condoned. Second appeal be registered.
