The learned counsel submits that the petitioner is suspended on 10.01.2019. According to the learned counsel, in view of the Government Resolution dated 09.07.2019, the suspension cannot operate beyond six (6) months.

The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has already filed application for review of the suspension order with Respondent No.2.

The learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that the Chief Executive Officer would take decision upon it, on its own merits.

In case, the application of the petitioner for review of the suspension order is pending with Respondent No.2, then respondent No.2 shall take decision upon it, considering the relevant Government Resolutions, preferably within a period of one (1) month.
