In view of order passed by this Court dated 12th July 2015, the applicants-claimants have furnished an undertaking to the effect that they will not claim interest for the delay period i.e. 4144 days. 2.

In view of undertaking and for the reasons stated in the application and in view of the fact that the Civil Application preferred for stay against the judgment and award by the respondent, the delay of 4144 days caused in filing the appeal is hereby condoned on condition that the applicants-claimants will not be entitled for interest for the delayed period in the event they succeed in appeal. 3.
