1) It appears that the order made under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code and the Motor Vehicles Act is directly challenged before this Court in this proceeding when there is alternate remedy provided under the said Acts by filing appropriate proceedings before appropriate forum. With that liberty, the petition is disposed of as dismissed. If appropriate proceeding is filed the appropriate authority to expeditiously dispose of the same, within three months from today as motor vehicle is involved and the vehicle may get deteriorated if the matter is not decided.
