The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that though the proceeding is going on before the respondent no. 2 under Section 21-A of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, it is not being decided.

On the last date, he had instructed the learned AGP to seek instructions since there was a direction by the Single Judge in Writ Petition No. 8089 of 2021, wherein, direction was issued to the respondent no. 2 to act upon the complaint and take appropriate action.

Learned AGP now, on instructions, submits that the matter is going on before the respondent no. 2 and would be concluded expeditiously and in any case within a period of three months. 4.
