Since the order passed by the School Tribunal on 02.05.2009 does not incorporate any direction in respect of backwages, the Education Officer is not bound to pay backwages to petitioner. The claim of petitioner as against the Education Officer is not sustainable. Petition is devoid of substance hence stands rejected. 3.

Pending civil application, if any, does not survive and stands disposed of.
