1] By this petition, which is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is seeking following relief :- "B] By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, may kindly be direct to the respondent no.3 to decide the application dated 17.7.2012 submitted by the petitioner for the purpose of road in the gut no.525 of the village Karnjgaon Tql.Vaijapur, Dist.Aurangabad and for that purpose issue necessary orders."

WP 86/2017 - 2 - 2] We are of the view that the direction sought by the petitioner cannot be granted since the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a suit or taking appropriate proceedings before the concerned authorities. 3] Reserving the said right, the petition is disposed of. No costs.
