This application is filed by the applicant seeking permission to withdraw an amount of Rs.2,50,000/-, deposited in this Court in terms of the order passed by this Court in Criminal Application No.6718 of 2016 dated 10/01/2017. 2.

By order dated 10/01/2017, passed in Criminal Application No.6718 of 2016, filed by the present applicant for anticipatory bail, this Court directed to the applicant to deposit the amount of Rs.2,50,000/-. Accordingly, the applicant has deposited the amount, and as per the directions of this Court the said amount was transferred by the Registrar (Judicial) to the Investigating Officer.

On completion of investigation of Crime No.436 of 2016, charge-sheet was filed and case was numbered as RCC No. 40 of 2018. The trial was conducted before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalna and all the accused persons in the said trial are acquitted by order dated 11/04/2022. 4.

Upon instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecution makes a statement that no appeal is preferred challenging the acquittal of the applicant.

In that view of the matter, the application deserves to be allowed, and the same is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

The respondent to return the amount of Rs.2,50,000/- deposited by applicant, along with accrued interest, if any, to the applicant.
