The applicants seek recall of the order dated 04.03.2019 in Writ Petition No.12648/2018. 2.

According to the learned counsel, on the basis of the order passed by this Court dated 04.03.2019 in Writ Petition NO.12648/2018, the respondents are initiating action against the present applicants, even without considering the stand of the present applicants. The order be recalled.

We have not issued any directions under our order dated 04.03.2019 in Writ Petition No.12648/2018. We have only recorded the affidavit filed by the Grampanchayat and the Gram Sevak and

(2) 938-ca-11440-2019 in view of the statement made by the learned counsel appearing for Grampanchayat, the writ petition was disposed of.

We have not decided any lis between the parties nor we have issued any directions one way or other. As the affidavit was filed and the statement was made, writ petition was disposed of. The applicants are at liberty to put forth their stand before the appropriate forum.
