We have heard the learned Advocate for petitioner, the learned AGP and the learned Advocates for respondents. Mr. Dighe, learned counsel submits that the Election Authority has undertaken steps to conduct the elections of the Primary Agricultural Society prior to the elections of the APMC pursuant to the orders passed by this Court dated 18th November, 2021 in Writ Petition No.11669 of 2021 with connected writ petitions. In view of the said statement, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
