The appellants/applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 159 days in filing Second Appeal. Learned Counsel for the respondents strongly opposed the application on the ground that, no just and reasonable cause is shown for condoning the delay.

However, considering the right to sue the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject to deposit of cost of Rs.500/- (rupees Five Hundreds only) to be paid to Pooja K.

The Second Appeal of the applicants be registered after removal of office objections, if any and after deposit of cost. 5.
