of the contentions of the applications and the submissions made, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. The applications are allowed. Delay is condoned.

2) Notice in first appeal, waived by learned counsel for the respondents. List the matter for admission purpose on 11th February 2016. Learned counsel for the respondent- claimants has filed on record copy of order mad by this Court in First Appeal No.784/2015. The order shows that in similar matters, the appeals are dismissed by this Court. In view of these circumstance, the present matters will be heard for final disposal.
