Heard. Considering the averments made in the application for withdrawal of the amount and having regard to the objections raised by the acquiring body in the memo of appeal in exception to the impugned judgment and award, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order.

ORDER

i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount on furnishing an undertaking that in the event any adverse order is passed they will redeposit the said amount within four months of passing of such order.

ii) Balance 25% be invested in any nationalized bank in
