1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant/appellant, learned counsel for respondent No.1 original claimant/s as well as learned AGP. 2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the entire decretal amount has already been deposited by the applicant acquiring body before the Executing Court and respondent No.1 has also withdrawn the same.

3] Considering the subsequent development of depositing the entire decretal amount by the acquiring body and withdrawal of the same by respondent No.1, I do not find any impediment to grant stay to the execution and implementation to the impugned award passed by the Reference Court in LAR No. 1120 of 1999 until further orders. Civil applications for stay stands allowed in above terms and disposed of accordingly.
