Learned Advocate Mr. Mohit Deshmukh alongwith the appellant and learned Advocate Mr. Abhijit Choudhari alongwith representative officers of the respondent no.2/Insurance Company, are present before the Panel today. They tender on record terms of settlement. The same is taken on record and marked as 'Exhibit-X' for identification. 2.

For the reasons stated in Civil Application No.2044/ 2017, delay in filing First Appeal Stamp No.30525/2016 stands condoned. Office is directed to register First Appeal. 3.

With the assistance of learned Counsels, we have ascertained the identification of the parties. Najeeb

Parties before the Panel pray to dispose of the first appeal in terms of settlement at Exhibit-X.

As per the terms of settlement, the respondent no.2/Shriram General Ins. Co. Ltd., shall deposit an additional amount of Rs.7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs only) before the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Shahada within a period of two months from today. The same shall be treated as an Undertaking. The appellants agree to receive the said amount towards full and final settlement of their claim. 6.

On depositing amount, the same shall be disbursed to the appellants alongwith accrued interest.

The First Appeal is disposed of in terms of settlement at Exhibit-X.

The court fees be refunded as per rules.

9.

Award be drawn up accordingly.
