The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Revision filed by the petitioner with regard to the mutation entry is pending with the Hon'ble Minister and the same is not yet decided.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that if the Revision is pending, the Hon'ble Minister would decide it on its own merits.

In case the Revision filed by the petitioner is pending with the Hon'ble Minister, the Hon'ble Minister shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing all parties concerned, expeditiously and preferable within a period of six (6) months on appearance of all the parties.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
