Heard Mr. Barlinge, learned Counsel for the Petitioners.

We cannot entertain the petition of the present nature. There is lethargy on the part of the Petitioners in moving the proposal. The Petitioners were aware that they would require the validity certificates for seeking admission to the professional course when they took admission in the 11th Standard. The proposal is moved only in September-2021.

It is submitted that the vigilance is already conducted in the proceedings of the father of the Petitioner.

Be that as it may, it would not be possible to issue positive directions to the Committee to decide it within stipulated period.

The Petitioner may appear before the Committee on 24.11.2021. The Committee if it is possible may endeavour to decide it expeditiously. 6.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
