It is informed that during the pendency of this revision application, FIR No. 963 of 2023 has been registered in pursuance of the directions issued under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. In that view of the matter, Mr. Gorde, learned advocate for the revision applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh substantive petition, thereby assailing the FIR registered pursuant to the order under Section 156(3), so also, the impugned order.
