DATE : 26th November, 2024 Per Court :- The petitioners claiming to be legal heirs of one Maroti Gyanoji Pradhan are seeking disbursal of pensionary benefits.

The learned advocate for respondent No.1 submits that petitioner Nos.3 and 4 are still to comply with certain objections and once they do it, appropriate decision would be taken.

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that all compliances would be made within three weeks. 4.

If such compliances are made, respondent No.1 shall take a decision in accordance with law and disburse the pensionary benefits, within six weeks thereafter. 5.
