1) The State wants to file appeals against the judgment and awarded of the Reference Court for which delay of 1776 days is caused. It is the case of the State that for proceeding the matter and for getting fund sanction time is required. Notices of the resent proceeding are served on the respondents - original claimants but they have not turned up. In view of the

2 CA 13970 of 2015 contentions made in the applications and the submissions made this Cort holds that sufficient cause is shown. 2) The applications for condonation of delay are allowed delay is condoned. Notice in appeal made returnable on 16th June 2016. Call record and proceedings.

3) The State has not argued on the applications for stay. When this Court expressed that subject to condition of deposit of entire amount of compensation stay can be granted, learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that she is not in a position to make any statement on this point.

4) In view of this, the stay applications are rejected. However liberty is given to the appellants to approach this Court if the appellants come with compensation amount and make again request for stay. Sd/- (T.V. NALAWADE, J. ) rsl
