It is the contention of the learned Counsel for the Applicant that inadvertently order has not been passed in respect of Respondent No. 5 and instead of Application to be allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A', it is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. 3.

In view of above, prayer for speaking to minutes is allowed. Necessary corrections be made in the order and fresh order be uploaded.
