Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant, upon instructions from the applicant who is present in the Court, makes a motion for withdrawal of the application, wherein a prayer is made for transfer of proceedings of Petition No.D-11 of 2012; Petition No.A-59 of 2012 and C-15 of 2012 from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Nanded. The motion since not objected, stands granted.

The Principal Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad, who is presently dealing with the above referred matters, is directed to decide all the three matters as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of four months from today.

Parties agree that they shall co-operate with the Court in deciding the matters expeditiously. Thus, the Misc. Civil Application stands disposed of.
