Having regard to the proposed order, issuance of notice to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 is dispensed with. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer in this writ petition for issuance of directions to consider and decide the representation dated 20th September, 2021 made to the Anti Land Encroachment Department, Municipal Corporation of Chatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (which has been annexed as "Exhibit C") whereby, he has prayed for removal for certain encroachments.

Accordingly, having regard to the innocuous nature of prayer being made, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the competent authority of the Municipal Corporation concerned, to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner and take appropriate action as may be warranted.
