Learned AGP tenders across the bar a communication dated 30 January 2024, inter alia, mentioning about the process having been concluded and an amount of Rs. 8,14,757/- and Rs. 7,02,377/- having been credited to the accounts of both the petitioners, respectively, pursuant to the Award No. 37/2004 dated 18 December 2023.

Nothing survives since the direction was only to decide the proceedings under Section 28-A. Needless to state that it would always be open for the petitioners to agitate the quantum. Contempt Petition is disposed of.
