Mr. Manorkar, learned Counsel for respondent No. 5 submits that the respondents have fled appeals under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act before this Court against the order passed under Section 34 of the said Act.

According to Mr. Kale, learned Counsel for the petitioner, a stay has been granted by the court. The respondents are bound to pay the amount to the petitioner.

The petitioner has remedy under Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act to get the award of the Arbitrator executed, more particularly in view of the fact that even the application under Section 34 of the Act has been dismissed.
