Heard Shri Gaikwad, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Shri Naiknavare, learned counsel appearing for the respondents i.e.
(2) original claimants in all these matters.

Delay of 490 days has occurred in filing the present appeals. It is contended that in making the procedural compliances, the delay has occasioned. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the delay caused is unintentional and for bonafide reasons. The learned counsel appearing for the claimants has opposed for condoning the delay stating that the reasons as are assigned are insufficient to condone the delay. 4.
After having considered the submissions so made, I am inclined to allow the present applications, since the reasons as are assigned cannot be outrightly rejected. It cannot be said that the delay is deliberately caused. Hence, the following order:
ORDER
i) Applications are allowed.
ii) The delay caused in filing the appeals is condoned.
iii) Appeals be registered in accordance with law. On registration of appeals, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 05.10.2018.
(3) Advocate Shri Naiknavare waives service of notice for respondents in all these matters.
