This Court in Writ Petition No.8510 of 2013 on 22.01.2014 has directed the respondent/management to submit pay bills for the academic year 2012-13 and 2013-14 to the Education Officer for disbursing salary of the approved staff. Undisputedly, for the said periods bills were submitted and salary is disbursed. In that view of the matter, nothing
