Mr. Aghav, learned Advocate for the respondents / Zilla Parishad, on instructions, submits that the suspension of the petitioner is revoked on 19.12.2018.

Mr. Kedar, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that, if the suspension of the petitioner is revoked, the petitioner has to be reinstated at the same place.

In case after the revocation of suspension

2 wp 11280.18 the petitioner is transferred to some other place, the petitioner would have an independent right to agitate against the said order.

As according to the learned counsel for the respondents no. 2 to 4 suspension is revoked; nothing survives for adjudication in writ petition.

5.

Writ Petition as such is disposed of. No costs.
