Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2.

The petitioner assails the order dated 15.09.2022 passed below Exhibit-10 by 7th Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Beed in R.D. No.32 of 2020 whereby the application filed by decree holder for deducting the recoverable amount from the salary of judgment debtor came to be allowed thereby directing the deduction of Rs.6000/- per month from the salary of judgment debtor.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery of Rs.2,62,852/- would take years together if it is recovered at the rate of Rs.6000/- per month.

I have gone through the order passed by Learned Executing Court. Learned Executing Court has given a finding that respondent receives only Rs.39,533/- as a salary after deductions. Therefore, I do

2 1003.doc not find any reason to interfere with order dated 15.09.2022 passed below Exhibit-10 by 7th Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Beed in R.D. No.32 of 2020 under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 5.

In view thereof, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
