Learned Advocate Mr. Rohit P. Patwardhan h/f learned Advocate Mr. Satej S. Jadhav submits that learned Advocate Mr. Jadhav has given no objection. Under such circumstances, he may be discharged.

Jadhav, Advocate for the applicant stands discharged. 3.
Learned Advocate Mr. A.M. Reddy submits that Mr. M.V. Gavai has received instructions to appear on behalf of the applicant. He may file Vakalatnama within a period of two weeks.

Learned Advocate for respondent No. 2, though opposes the application for condonation of delay, taking into consideration duration i.e. 125, days for the reasons stated in the application the delay stands condoned.

It is to be noted that recalling of order and for restoration of Criminal Application No. 654 of 2021 came to be opposed on the ground that the amendment is not carried out and the copy of charge-sheet was not placed within stipulated period.

Now the copy of the charge-sheet is placed on record and also the amendment has been carried out. Under such circumstances, the application stands allowed and disposed of.

Criminal Application No. 654 of 2021 is restored at its original position and same be placed for further consideration on 07.01.2025.

Learned Advocate for the applicant undertakes to supply a copy of the charge-sheet to the respondent within a period of one week.
