By the present applications, delay of 1143 days caused in filing the first appeals, is sought to be condoned by the appellant-State against the awards passed in the Land Acquisition Reference Proceedings. 3.
It was submitted that since time was taken in seeking sanctions and, thereafter, preparing different
CA-11950-2014 charts and arrangement for Court fees, the delay has occurred.
