The application is filed for condonation of delay of 342 days caused in filing the application for restoration of the appeal. The appeal is dismissed and registration is refused as the objection was not removed. Learned counsel for the applicant take blame to himself. He has requested also to restore the matter by condoning the delay.

In view of the contents of the application and as learned counsel blame to himself the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The order of dismissal is
