ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. The respective applicants are seeking withdrawal of their respective amounts of compensation. The learned A.G.P. for the State-Acquiring Body strongly opposed the application on the ground that the Reference Court has granted 10 times more compensation as that of granted by S.L.A.O. In view of the same, the applicants in these applications are permitted to withdraw only 50% of the deposited amounts on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The remaining amount be invested in F.D.R. in any Nationalized Bank during the pendency of these appeals. 2.
