Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking permission to bring themselves on record being the legal representatives of original respondent No.2 in the appeal, who admittedly died on 22nd November 2015, by condoning the delay of 2429 days. There is no strong objection from the other side and therefore, considering the right to defend, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C). The State - Acquiring Body is directed to carry out the amendment within the stipulated period.
