Present petition has been filed for grant of selection grade pay scale to the petitioner in view of proposal dated 27.04.2011 forwarded to respondent No. 4. Yet, the learned Advocate for petitioner insist on Prayer Clause 'C' which reads as follows: C) This Hon'ble Court by issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in like nature, please to direct the Res. No. 3 to correct its order dt. 07/10/2024 and instead of granting time bound grade pay scale it may be directed grant selection grade pay scale to the petitioner and pay all the consequential benefit including arrears in the retirement benefit of the petitioner.

that respondent Nos. 3 and 4 would decide the application dated 06.06.2025 filed by present petitioner within a period of two months. 3.
