Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

The petitioners want that the proceedings filed under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, be dismissed without there being any evidence recorded by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class or without any decision on merit by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class. 3.

The writ petition is, therefore, not maintainable and same stands dismissed.
