Mr. Undre, learned counsel submits that, the petitioner had also made representation to the Superintendent of Police, Osmanabad as the Police Inspector concerned was not making any investigation. Superintendent of Police, Osmanabad vide letter dated 05th November, 2015, has directed the concerned Police Inspector to make a detail inquiry.

In light of that, the grievance of the petitioner made in the present application vide prayer cluase "A" stands redressed.

In case, the chargesheet is filed, the petitioner is at liberty to take such other steps as are permissible in law. 4.
