The petitioner seeks implementation of the order passed by the grievance committee with regard to the leave encashment benefit.

The learned Advocate appears for respondents no. 5 and 6 and submits that the respondents no. 5 and 6 have challenged the order of the grievance committee before the College Tribunal and the matter is kept on 22.03.2019 before the College Tribunal.

As the order is already challenged before the College Tribunal, depending upon the judgment that will be delivered by the College Tribunal the parties may take further steps. Respondents no. 5 and 6 shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the appeal before the College Tribunal.
