PER COURT :- Learned AGP appearing for the State, on instructions informed that, the Deputy Collector and the Sub-Divisional Officer, Shirdi, has already directed to the petitioner to tender a bond of the value of the vehicle and also directed him to tender an undertaking that, the vehicle in question shall not be used for any illegal purposes. On compliance of necessary formalities, the Sub Divisional Officer is expected to release the vehicle in favour of the petitioner.

The statement made is accepted.
